Frequently Asked Questions

Questions you may have.

How do I request an appointment or consultation?
The fastest way is WhatsApp or email. Briefly sharing your complaint, history and any imaging results speeds up the process.
Is an online consultation possible from abroad or another city?
Yes. For distant patients, a video-based preliminary evaluation and second opinion are offered; an in-person visit is arranged if needed.
Which documents are needed for a second opinion?
Recent MRI/CT images, current reports, surgery/treatment summaries and a list of your medications make the assessment easier.
How quickly will I receive a response?
Requests are usually answered within 24 hours. In emergencies, please go to the nearest emergency department.
Are stem cell and exosome therapies suitable for every patient?
No. A significant part of these approaches is investigational; suitability is assessed individually on an evidence basis, and realistic expectations are clearly shared.
